IMPORTANT NOTES

Please wear your mask properly in the conference venue.
To prevent the spread of infection of COVID-19, all people passing through the entrance of the venue will be automatically temperature‐checked. If your fever is above 37.5 oC, you will not be allowed to enter the venue.

 

Wireless LAN service is available in common areas of all buildings of Nagoya Congress Center, but please do not connect to Zoom due to insufficient communication capacity. You can connect to Zoom only in the event hall where high-capacity wireless LAN is installed.

 
PVSEC-33 uses “Confit” as a conference platform. Session Timetable, detailed programs and abstracts are available from Confit website or App for PVSEC-33.

Name Badge

A name badge will be issued to all onsite participants. It is an admission passes to all sessions, exhibition, and special event. Please wear your name badge all times during the conference for identification and security purposes.
 

Official Language

English is the official language of the conference and will be used for all printed materials, presentations, and discussions.
 

Technical Programs

PVSEC-33 technical programs will consist of parallel sessions with Oral Presentations (November 14-17) and Poster Sessions (November 15-16).
 

Poster Sessions

The Poster Sessions will be held at Event Hall of conference
venue for 2 days (November 15-16).
All onsite presenters are requested to set up their posters on the allotted boards prior to the session.
All presenters are requested to submit their e-posters on the Confit system prior to the conference. All participants can find the e-posters on the Confit system. 
Poster sessions will give all onsite participants the opportunity for Question and Answers to onsite presenters.
All participants can post their questions to all poster presenters on the Confit system. The details can be found in the Guidelines for All Participants.
 

Exhibition

[Onsite] The exhibition will be held in the Shirotori Hall, 4th Bldg. during the conference. The details can be checked here.
 
[Online] Please log-in the Confit system. You can find the information on online exhibitors from the side menu "Exhibitors".
 

Kitchen Car

Lunch will be sold from kitchen cars for 3 days from 14th to 16th. The details are as follows.

 

How to attend Tutorials

Tutorials require registration separately from the conference.
 

Onsite participants

Please come to Rm 431 or 432, 4th Bldg. on 13th Nov..
If you show the back of your name tag, you can enter the room.
 

Online participants

“Tutorial Password” will be sent to those who register Tutorials. After log in the conference platform, download Text (presentation handouts) and/or attend Tutorials online via zoom with “Tutorial Password”.

How to attend Networking lunch for women in photovoltaics

Networking lunch for women in photovoltaics requires registration separately from the conference.
 

Onsite participants

Please come to Rm 432, 4th Bldg. on 15th Nov..
If you show the back of your name tag, you can enter the room.
 

Online participants

“Networking lunch Password” will be sent to those who register Networking lunch. After log in the conference platform, attend Networking lunch online via zoom with “Networking lunch Password”.

How to attend Banquet

Date: Wednesday, November 16
Time: 19:00-21:00
Location:  7F, ANA CROWNE PLAZA Hotel Grand Court NAGOYA
Fee: 10,000.- JPY
Style: Seating style

Registration fee does not include the banquet ticket. 
Banquet ticket sales have ended.
Please arrive at the banquet venue by yourself.

PVSEC-33 Wall Papers

PVSEC-33 wallpapers are available for both presenters and the audience. Please note, however, that the participants are kindly requested to turn off their camera except when they are appointed to ask a question, whereas each oral presenter is kindly asked to turn on his/her camera during the presentation.
